Oregon distance runner Sam Prakel was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-America First Team, Wednesday.

Oregon track and field was cemented as the most successful and well-rounded program in the nation.

The Ducks had 14 men and 13 women recognized for their hard work in the classroom.

Ariana Washington won the 100 and 200, and Raevyen Rogers won her third straight NCAA title at 800 for the Ducks on Saturday.

The final day of the NCAA Championships at Hayward Field will see Oregon's sprinters try and help the Ducks upset the Arkansas women.

Devon Allen completed his comeback by winning the 110 hurdles and Edward Cheserek won his 15th title Friday at the NCAA championship meet.

The men's title will be awarded at the conclusion of Friday's action at Hayward Field, with Edward Cheserek and Devon Allen threats for UO.

The UO women came out of the day with four points toward their team score, thanks to a second straight fifth-place finish by Brittany Mann.
